Hello! I'm Savannah "Savvy." My own resume is littered with recruiting and talent acquisition roles, with a bunch of job and career coaching in between. In over a decade of interviewing and hiring for tons of different companies I have seen it all - the behind the scenes, unpolished hiring decisions and rejections. I call this the "Hiring Round-table" and at times it's about as cutthroat as it sounds. The sad truth is, the best candidate does not always win.   • How long does it take to complete the course?

    Suggested time is 4 chapters in 4 weeks (each chapter will take 4-5 hours). However, you will receive access to all of the chapters to move ahead at your own pace should you need faster results.

  • Will I have access to the course for future job searches?

    Absolutely, the course is yours to keep. The pdf workbooks are templates that you can use again to customize and prepare for future job interviews.

  • I purchased the Gold package, when will I get my resume review?

    Upon purchase you will receive a welcome email with instructions to send your resume, I will do my best to respond to your resume submission within 48 hours with a personal video message explaining the impression your resume gives to a hiring manager and changes it needs.

  • I purchased the platinum package, how will I receive my 1:1 coaching session?

    Upon purchase you will receive a link to self schedule your session via video or phone - whichever you prefer. The focus of your coaching session is up to you - I can support you in any stage from career selection and job search through salary negotiation and your first day.

  • Can you do a practice interview with me?

    Absolutely! I love doing practice interviews as giving feedback to you immediately is so valuable. Your course includes a pre-recorded practice interview to use as many times as you'd like. If you purchase platinum, we can do a practice interview in our coaching session. Email me for a special offer to add on more practice interviews to your course package.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    At this time I do not. However, if you are interested in purchasing the course but need a payment plan please send an email to [email protected] and I will do my best to create a custom flexible option for you.

  • I am going to be searching for a new job in 6 months - a year from now, is it too early to take the course?

    No - it's never too early to take the course. We walk through a lot of the though process in the value you add, qualifying experience and selecting a role that is a great match for what you need. A lot of the course material can be helpful before you know which path you want to take or have begun searching as well as carving out future career growth.

  • I'm having trouble getting attention from employers to schedule my interview - how can I get help?

    Your platinum course package includes a resume review (to help you get attention in a competitive job market) as well as a 1:1 coaching session where we can do a lot of troubleshooting here to get you to the interview stage.
