Hello! I'm Savannah "Savvy." My own resume is littered with recruiting and talent acquisition roles, with a bunch of job and career coaching in between. In over a decade of interviewing and hiring for tons of different companies I have seen it all - the behind the scenes, unpolished hiring decisions and rejections. I call this the "Hiring Round-table" and at times it's about as cutthroat as it sounds. The sad truth is, the best candidate does not always win. I had to deliver the rejections to hard working people that got nervous, weren't well prepared or just never learned how to talk about their strengths. I created Talent Confidence as an outlet to give back - to offer all of the inside tips and tricks to those who want to learn it. You don't need the most expensive degree to achieve lasting career growth, stability and work-life balance in a great company. If you are genuine and hard working, you can certainly rise quickly and I'm dedicated to helping others get over the hump of silly mistakes and achieve the life they deserve.
